The challenge

Independent self-storage operators are squeezed from both sides. The big REITs run on expensive management software and full-time marketing teams, while a local operator is tracking units in a spreadsheet, chasing late payments by phone and relying on a dated website that barely shows up in search — let alone rents a unit online. Occupancy, revenue and delinquency all live in different places, and by the time a problem shows up it's already costing money.

What we built

UnitIQ — a two-part build that runs the whole business: an operator platform that turns facility data into a live command center, and a conversion-focused customer website that fills the units.

• A conversion-focused customer website — a guided “what are you storing” unit finder, every size with what-fits guidance and live availability, and online rentals, waitlists and Pay / Login

The result

One connected system where the website that rents the unit and the platform that manages it share the same data — the operator opens UnitIQ and sees exactly how the facility is performing, which tenants are late, and where the website is losing search visibility, while customers reserve climate-controlled units online in minutes.
