These Terms & Conditions cover the Butler Performance customer care text message program and the use of this website (butler-performance.com), both run by Butler Performance LLC of Rome, Georgia. Last updated: October 5, 2026.

SMS Terms

The program

Butler Performance Customer Care sends text messages to people who ask us to: replies to your inquiry, reminders for calls and meetings, project status updates, support for the websites and software we build for you, and invoices, payment links and payment reminders for work you've agreed to. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.

How you sign up

Check the box that reads "Yes, text me about my inquiry" on the contact form at butler-performance.com and enter your mobile number. The box is optional and unchecked by default. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

How often

Message frequency varies with your inquiry or project.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, set by your wireless carrier. Butler Performance does not charge for text messages.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message from us to cancel. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no more after that. To rejoin, reply START or check the box on the contact form again.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Using this website

This site describes our services and shows real projects we've built. It's general information, not an offer: the scope, price and timeline of any engagement are set in a written agreement for that project. The text, design and screenshots on this site belong to Butler Performance LLC or to the clients whose work is shown, and may not be reused without permission.
