A custom website and first-party online booking & deposit system for a Rome, GA DJ — built to book gigs and take deposits without renting a third-party platform.
The challenge
Most working DJs run their business out of DMs, phone tag and a patchwork of third-party booking pages that take a cut, look generic and don't reflect the brand. DJ Terry needed one branded home that shows off the work and books gigs directly — without handing a slice of every booking to someone else.
What we built
A custom, branded website plus a first-party booking platform — no third-party middleman:
- An 8-step booking wizard that quotes the job in real time
- Backend-authoritative pricing by event type, date and hours
- Online deposit collection, built to run on his own Stripe account
- A branded, beat-reactive music player featuring his own tracks — with lock-screen & car-Bluetooth controls
- A booking record he owns, not locked inside someone else's platform
